Nicole is a service design leader with a background in behavioral science and facilitation. With experience across public health and government innovation, she has successfully navigated and excelled at developing services within complex environments. She is passionate about tackling challenging problems by leveraging creativity, co-design, and systems thinking methods.

With her expertise in service design, Nicole has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive positive impact. Her body of work includes catalyzing innovative adolescent health programs in the federal government at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Health; designing maternal and child health interventions at Jhpiego; and supporting the shift toward competency-based education in Nursing Schools while at Laerdal Medical.
