Nina Hirvonen is the DesignOps Lead at OP Financial Group with over 15 years of experience in design, product and project management across B2C and B2B markets. Her leadership focuses on cultivating a corporate culture rooted in customer focus and collaboration. She believes in linking strategy and operations tightly, and she has been working in various roles at OP Financial Group promoting customer experience through strategic design, ways of working, design leadership, and design operations. She also runs a competence development program open to all employees called ’Designing and Leading Value Creation’.
